Abstract's Head of Talent, Emily will lead a session that focusses on scale-ups, those attending will be taught tried and tested principles in which partners should adopt to successfully work with scale-ups to facilitate their growth, this session will be split into two themes: Talent and Managed Service Providers.
We will explain the importance of getting the big hires right the first time, the common mistakes to avoid and the sensible steps scale-ups can take to ensure appropriate resource allocation. In addition, our Head of Cloud Services, Liam will explain how your technologies equally have a part to play, explaining how Service Provider agility can also prevent blockages to growth.

Both Head of Cloud Services, Liam and Head of Talent, Emily will explain the pitfalls of establishing too many partnerships in the start-up phase, the importance of recognising what you want from each partnership and how they contribute to your end goal. This session will specifically look at your technology choices.
The key talking points will be around application development, hardware, digital footprint, technology roadmap, and support.
